Houses

So if you had a choice of 2 homes. Both roughly same age and sq ft little difference in cost. But one house is completely redone looks like it never been lived in. Immaculate brand new everything but tiny backyard that backs up to a mile road red light on/off ramp to 94 in a sub. Other is clean up to date not as newer and redone deep in a sub.

One house has new carpet tile floors finished basement other has pergo floors lanolium? Finished basement def lived in with kids.

Would anyone actually consider house whose backyard looks at mile road traffic? Btw you obvioulsy can hear traffic on back deck and even look at cars maybe even people inside them. You can not hear it inside house.

Just curious

Pass on traffic noise.

I would pass on Metro all together, but I know how much you D folks love the congestion.

Deep in the sub would be the choice, or another home to look at?

I'd pass on the traffic noise.

Only way i would look at houses off a main road when i was looking was if the house was set back several hundred feet. Which usually means you're talking acreage and that means outside of the city limits.
