New Bike Possibilities
After reminiscing with some other Redline OG's last weekend, I really want a new bike. Looking at 3 possibilities:

Aprillia Tuono 1100V4 RR
KTM 1290 DUKE
Yamaha FZ-10

I'm also going to look at the Ducati Monster, Hypermotard, BMWS1000R, Kawi Z1000, and Suzuki GSX-S1000, but the front runners are the 3 above.

Thoughts?

just get one each. that way when you change your mind you'll have the new bike all ready to go

Nice line up. My 1290 gives that tuomo hell at the track. Its a sweet bike for sure. But it be hard for me to give up my 1290!! Lol kidding for the right price id sell! But i do love rifing the 1290 on the street

You can get 2-3 Z900's for the Duke price. I guess it is what you want, and what is in your wallet. I always had trouble spending over $12K out the door on a new bike, and never did, even the new GSXR 1000's.

Ride them all before you buy. I was set on getting an Aprilia RSV1000V4R until I rode it, yes engine sounds like sex but it had less trq than my first Gen RSV-R and that's what turned me away, now i ride dirt bikes pretty much exclusively. John your a twin guy I have a feeling based on your past steeds, don't ride the 1290 because you will buy it, those torques are addicting.

The 1290 Duke like Al has is a bad ass street ride for sure!
