Ducati Detroit is Hiring

Ducati Detroit is actively looking for a full-time Service Writer to join our team. Prior experience in the automotive/motorcycle field required, service related experience a plus, as well as motorcycle knowledge. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service, organizational and time management skills. Our Service Department is very busy Spring through Fall and stays steady throughout the winter. This is an hourly position and the dealership hours are 9:30am-6:00pm Monday through Friday and 9:00am-6:00pm Saturdays. Depends on what you need done. An oil change, sure. Diagnostics or anything that would require being hooked up to Aprilia's system, etc., no can do. You can give me a shout and we can figure it out, 248-792-8999.

That makes sense. I don't own an Aprilia, but I am interested in one. However, I wouldn't buy a bike that I cannot find comprehensive service for in metro Detroit. Thanks for the quick response!

Just an FYI- it's a good practice to show initiative and logic/reasoning skills to your potential employer by reading that she left contact info and reaching out directly to make that great first impression. But hey I'm just in hr and don't know much
