Default Thanks To Frenchie, Another Track Day Org for Grattan

Think they only have the 3 days but what the heck for those who want to go.

Just realized that flip rides with them at Grattan as well, sorry flip, you need to speak up more about these guys being at Grattan or maybe I just need to clean my ears out.

For clarification------- this isn't a track day org, just a great group of riders renting out Grattan for 3 days.

Sorry, thought you guys didnt like burning vacation time for track time.

it's usually a word of mouth thing and riders vouching for other riders.

This is a good group of people and a very laid back atmosphere... i would vouch for any of the track day riders here if you guys want to sign up. I will be there on Monday and Tuesday. Staying at the AmericInn on Monday night.

Usually a BBQ after the track goes cold at 5 on Monday. Not sure if the organizer is setting anything up for dinner on Tuesday. He has in the past.

Yep it adds to the atmosphere of the whole event. the last couple of years there was a "west" counter part @ Miller

Jane,

Ask Frenchie what happened to her bike overnight at the event a couple years ago if she hasnt already told you the story LOL

Yep, Frenchie found out what happens when you don't stick around for the BBQ!

This will be our 8th year putting on a private 3 day track event at Grattan. We've had people come from as far west as Vancouver and as far east as England to attend. We typically run a very laid back event with 3 groups that's geared for everyone from beginners to racers. On the third day we usually run the track counterclockwise. Registration includes 3 days of track time with lunch, and an all you can eat and drink dinner at the Timbers restaurant on the second night. Steve Brubaker from Race Tire Services will be offering tire support and a full line of Dunlops for sale. In the past we've had Dan Kyle as well as others provide trackside suspension support.

It's a great group of people...in spite of letting Flip join us!!

I am not sure if Chris can make it. We also plan on going to Grattan for Friday and Saturday the following week-end. I might attend for at least Monday maybe Tuesday if given a permission slip from the husband.
