OK, now that I'm out of work (again) I have some time on my hands.

Let's go shooting.... :gattling2: :machinegunsmiley: :2guns::50cal::enforcer::sniper:

The place to be is the brand, spanking, new, Action Impact Sales and Range. 8 mile road just west of Beech on the north side in Southfield. This range is very nice. $16 hr. / $9 ½ hour. (I guess we might have lost Webb on this outing, you have to spend money) Business hours are 11 am - 8 pm, Mon. - Sat.


They have 12 shooting lanes and three lanes that you can shoot rifles on. You can shoot up to 30-06, but anything above a .223 / 5.56 you have to purchase their ammo. :wtf:

They have a few different types of targets to shoot at for 50 cents, but you can bring your own.

As for setting up a day and time to shoot, I want your suggestions. I’m thinking about Wednesday. I am not working, so any time is good for me, and what ever time I mention it will not be a good time for some reason or another.

So lets take a poll on time.

I might be pursuaded to get in on this, depending on the range, and as long as Blue Z don't play. He put them tight. I'm shooting a compact though, so i have a disadvantage.

I can do Wednesday, but not till after 5:30 or so. That is my vote.

Yes you may be at a disadvantage Jon...unless everyone shoots a compact?? I have a 40 cal. as well as a compact 9mm...I'll bring them both. I figure whoever wants to get in throws in $20. We change targets every 10 shots until someone accumulates 20 in the black. It has to be totally in the black NO half in half out shots. Depending on how many get in we could pay the top 2 spots...if there are ties they split the pot. I have some life size silhouettes targets...just not sure how many. As far as what day??? I just can't do weekdays...I work till 8pm most days. It would have to be a weekend for me. Can't wait to see John "Flip" Wayne back up his :bs:

I cant go Wednesday nights for a while due to my golf league. I am usually up for either weeknight or weekend afternoon.
