Yeah, I just looked. Scattered T-storms, chance of rain 60%.

I was there last week. It was fabulous. Can't wait to do it again, not this week though -- too rainy and too busy.

I'm stuck down here in Atlanta, Georgia so I couldn't make it tonight but doesn't sound like I missed much if it was gonna rain.

Hey Jim!
Have you been to the Vortex bar in Little 5 Points yet?
Good burgers.
They have a bike night, so head on over there and let us know how their bike night is.

I was def up for going this week but with the rain I guess i'll be holding off too.

I'll check the weather again in the morning and maybe things will look a little more optimistic. After all, this is Michigan.

Sorry I didn't go out to that place. We were staying in Buckhead. I have no idea where Little 5 Points is. Sounds like it would've been fun though.

Tomorrow doesn't look very promising either. Two Thursdays in a row now.

Jim, Buckland is north of Atlanta, whereas Little 5 Points is almost in the center of the city, a little north of the intersection of I-75 and I-20.

Maybe another time.

I'm in if you are. A little rain would not bother me but being the only one at the gas station and riding out to Royal Oak for bike night by myself might.

Even if I was gonna go, which I doubt at this point, u'd still be at the gas station by yourself because I don't get off work til 8pm.

If people are thinking of going, I would show up at the usual Redline spot, in front of the bank.

But I would be in the cage.

Speaking of which, Bluto, if you are going, I can bring those Busa bits for you.

Aha!
I do not know.
I saw Scott yesterday about some other things and he mentioned that Chuck's bike would be done that night. I think.

Good luck with that Chuck, but it should be greatly improved when you get it back!

I'll be at the bank around 8pm. If I don't see you there hope to catch everyone on the Mother's day ride this weekend. Later... :moon:

Its supposed to be in the mid 50's this evening

I was thinking of going to the pistol range tonight after work, is anyone else interested in going?

fasterbusa
05-08-2008, 08:01 PM
There are several people who are interested in a range day.
However, you do not give to much advance warning, but it would be fun.

I cannot attend, being 1 armed these days.

However, we do need to setup a range day for the group, so that all who wish to attend can.

I just had an urge to go this afternoon I don know why.

You can still go and practice with your weak side.

But I am still up for riding if people want to meet.

fasterbusa
05-08-2008, 08:21 PM
The weak side is the side that is busted up.

I cannot easily load mags, nor can I easily rack back the slide.
Well, there are certain techniques for doing things like that one handed, but those kinds of things do not go over well at ranges.

Have fun, but let's set up an afternoon when all who wish to can go.

And, in the future, we will be setting up a day at the Pit that will include some full auto action.

I would definitely be in for a range day. I haven't shot in over a month. Need to stay sharp.

Are you selling raffle tickets and how much are they?

fasterbusa
05-08-2008, 08:47 PM
Well sure, I could use one of my wheelguns, but I just enjoy the semi's more, I think.

Besides, one should practice with what they carry!
