Anyone install these before? Finally getting sick of not having spools, thinking about upgrading stands so i figure i might as well do these too. Not comfortable with the idea of drilling into my swing arm

Just try and get it right the first couple of tries before your swingarm looks like swiss cheese :icon14:

Mike have you thought about the Gilles set up?? I have the adjusters on mine and got the stand bracketry as well...works pretty slick..

Mike have you thought about the Gilles set up?? I have the adjusters on mine and got the stand bracketry as well...works pretty slick..


they dont make them from my old F4i

I'm not sure I'd attempt that one on my own.

the other option is to have adapters welded on which seems to be more trouble than it is worth

Mike I have a stand that you can have that actually lifts from the flat part of the swing arm...I have no need for it since aquiring the new set up...you can come by and see it this evening if you like....I have a project which will be keeping me home this evening in the garage..so like I said you are more than welcome to come by and test it out. 23 and Rom Plk area. :ridin:
