I was thinking about heading out there and spectating for the day. Just wondering if anyone else would be interested. I will be caging it, and taking the EZ-Up and a grill with some grup, cooler, etc... I think I could learn alot just from watching these guys. Sunday looks like the fun classes. You can check the scuedule on the WERA site.
Post up if you are interested.

If I weren't going to be gone that weekend, I'd go for sure. I'm sure it will be a humbling experience to see how that track can and should be ridden. Have fun!

I'll be there Friday (getting the ride set up) and all weekend racing (and having some beers when its over). See if I can keep the bike looking nice since that was my bike that wrecked last time there (the half red and half blue bike). It's also nice that I can post now. Couldn't post on the other board

Dude, we were pitted on the lower paddock, and didn't know it was you at first. We were glad to see that you were ok. When we saw what bike it was, we were sitting waiting to go out for Intermediate. I wanted to cry. LOL! You had to be carrying some serious speed over the hump.
PS, how far did your helmet actually go. I think the Lions need a new QB.

It made it about 50ft into the woods when I tossed it. I was a little upset at the time. Good thing I have two more, but I did love that helmet. The bike should be back together this weekend

Hey JB, sorry about your crash. Your paint scheme is one of the best I have seen.
Did you ever find your helmet? You should try out for the major leagues with that arm of yours.:p

It did get fished out of the woods, then I threw it in the trash. A Buddy actually took it out and has it for me now. I guess my high school baseball pitching helped in the throw?

If you guys want to go Sunday, I can probably steal a Touareg or Tiguan (I work for VW) from work for the weekend. First tank of gas is free, so it might get us there and back. Just need enough gas to get to work on Monday morning :thumb2:

Forecast for Sunday at Grattan is for a high of 54 and a 40% chance of rain.
The little graphics show rain up until 6pm, when the weather will turn less rainy.
So, any thoughts?
Who all will be going?
What time should people plan on being there?
Where should be all meet, if we get there?
Or are people just deciding not to go?
Bummer if the weather cancels this out.

For being my first time back in 2 years, not bad. Still a little slower than before on a bike that is 10 times better (best was a 24.4 which I was upset about, but I've only got about 70 laps on the bike, so I'm happy now). Really wanted to be in the low 23's, but oh well. I got a 15th, 14th, 4th and 7th. It was a Kawi and Yami money weekend, so it brought out some fast guys. I just need more time on the bike. I'll get it in the 21's one way or another:D
