Beginning Monday afternoon after we get back from Lansing I'm gonna put the first FU to sportbikeworld post inviting all our friends to join our new site. Unsure what SBW will do when this happens, so if you have any information on that site u'd like to keep get it off there.

While not a fan of that site, perhaps the more gracious thing to do would be to simply thank them for hosting us for the past few months and to then inform them that we are moving to our own site, something that has been in the works for several months.
While it is easy to be nasty to them (and they certain deserve it) it might be more appropriate to rise above our baser desires to dump on them, and just say goodbye.
Just a thought.

I'm not a big fan of burning bridges......just a lesson I've learned over the years. :2cents: Our new site looks great, lets just focus on moving forward. :D
I'm sure SBW knows whats going on by now anyways. :dunno:

Yeah I think that's a decision for our officers to make as a group. Plus there's no harm in having two messageboards for a while, especially until everyone has a chance to make a switch. If you want to PM people who post on the other board and invite them here that's a different thing.

Couldn't agree more...lets set the standard not lower ours...Just my opinion.

Eric, I really could not agree more with your though about calling that site out, and kind of dragging them through the dirt.
It is just that I have thought about it and I figured why belittle our good name
when it probably would not do us any good in the end.
Karma, I guess.
Redline should do the right thing even when other's might not.

All of u guys need to relax, the decision has been made and it will be done in a dignified matter.
Eric and I have talked lots about this there will be no actual fu it will just be a post saying we have a new site and forum and that we are moving. We are just unsure of how sbw will react so if you have anything important on there you might want to remove just incase they take it badly.

I was probably the one who most wanted to say FU to SBW. I really do hate that site, but I think that the way the officers decided to handle it, is really the best way.
BTW, thanks to all for reeling me back in last week. I was all jacked up on Mt. Dew!

Mt Dew? Not the dangerous Code Red!!! Horrors!!!
I think many of us really, really wanted to jump their sh!t.
But, cooler heads have prevailed.
Now, what about that new Redline motorhome and trailer combo???
