Anyone interested in heading out for a ride tomorrow around 6? Rochester - Lake Orion etc. Grab dinner somewhere along the way, or end at my house (26Mi and Mound) and fire up the grill.

Meet at 7 Big Boy parking lot on Tienken and Rochester Rd. (SE Corner)

Post up if you are interested.

Also state if you want to grab dinner out or grill at my place (need to make sure i have enough grub at home)

if no one is then i'll go on my own.

Too bad I don't get out of work until 6. I wouldn't be able to be at the meeting location until after 7. If for some reasons something else works out, let me know.

I am willing to push it back to 7 if that would suit everyone's schedules better.

Well, I took the TL into L7 for some work yesterday, along with the track bike, so I won't be doing any street riding for a week or two I imagine.

Like I was doing any anyway :loser:

ride up through orion road to Oxford then to Lakeville, probably grab dinner there and go through Dryden and down 53 and break off from there.

I promised Wendy I would ride with her tonight...so I am out....but the ride sounds good. I would agree that 6 is tough to make for me usually during the week.

Lets set up a ride for thursday from RO.

Lastly, shouldn't this stuff be posted in the rides forum? I still think we have too many forums here.

I'm up for this. I'll see you at the Big Boy at 6PM and we can grab dinner in Lakeville to make things easier for you.

I didn't realize Dave had a secretary. How do I get one of those? :thumb2:

Who's Steve? LOL

Ride was great until the ride home when some hillbilly redneck in a beat up s-10 would intentionally box us in on the way down M-53.

Flamingemu/Don,

Hope he didn't f*** with you guys after i got off on 26 Mile

Yeah, that was bullsh!t and uncalled for. Luckily I didn't see him again after that. It was a good time and something we should do on a regular basis. Maybe a little earlier start so we can get more riding in afterwards.

That guy was an idiot. I got off the freeway at 23 mile. Too bad I didn't have a pocket full of quarters :loser: +1 on doing those rides more often. I think we could probably do that a few times a week pretty easily. Gotta get your riding in before that baby comes Mike :ridin:

I guess the guy was just pissed off at me then LOL :deathmetal:

I have no issue doing this more often either, do we want to try to get it going every wednesday night? If Demon is right and we no longer have the Macomb sponsorship then it wouldnt interfere with their "bike night". For the early risers i also try to sneak out early saturday morning for an hour or two before i work on the honey-do list.

I wouldn't really have a problem skipping their bike night anyway. We just end up sitting there and by the time we leave, everybody is tired and ready to go home. I'd rather use that time to put on some miles. If anything, maybe we should try to get a bike night going with STG considering most of us are pretty loyal to them. Maybe Jane can get something going. Just a friendly suggestion.

Great suggestion!!!! We park our bikes all winter long and look at them...can't speak for anyone but me, but the last thing I want to do in the riding months is park my bike and look at it??? That to me is NOT a bike night....I could see if we were having a club meeting but other then that I would rather wear out some tires....besides I need use them up before I pick up my new tires from Dave. :deathmetal:
