I'm hoping to get my rear sprocket in tomorrow. I'm gonna finish putting the bike back together. Everything I've taken apart I have done before just not at once. I was wondering if someone could loan me their rivet tool, that knows how to use it. Help me pop the chain on and make sure everything looks correct and SAFE. I'd take to to Scott but don't have the truck, and if I missed something critical ridding there would be kinda suicidal.
$$ of course as I just found out I'm not so broke after all.
Sometime between Monday and Wednesday this week. Weather is supposed to be crappy Monday Tuesday.
I'm in Clinton Twp near Gratiot and Harrington.
I'll post when I officially have rear sprocket.
BTW anyone seen almightys lately? He used to help me with this stuff. Last time I heard he was in Mexico.

Does your new chain need to be cut down as well?

There are a number of tool rental places that carry these things if you have difficulty in locating one to borrow.....I didn't know that until I started calling around a couple weeks ago when I did my chain and sprocket upgrade.

Thanks. I'm gonna have Scott come and pick it up. I've been doing a lot of work around the house lately and my back is completely gone. Been sitting around so I can make the drive to the UP for a wedding. So Scott will have plenty of time to finish while I'm gone.
Makes Mother happy that it will be finished by a proffessional and won't fall apart on me.
