Ok, now that is truly funny.

I wonder if it comes with a belt holster so you can hang your T-shirt on your waist.

(When I lived in KS, (no helmet law) you would see people wearing shorts, flip flops, with their t-shirt tucked into their belt (not on) with sunglasses.)

You laugh, but in that part of the world, that is often what the people wear to ride their scooters.

Still makes no sense, but "over there" it is so hot and wet, it is just what the locals wear.
