official MOTO GP @ INDY redline thread!!!!!! meeting times, hotels, seats, ect.

ok guys and gals, only a few more weeks to go before the famous MOTO GP!!!!!!

this thread is to get everyone on base with what everyone going is doing or plans on doing.

i have a hotel already booked since last sept when the moto gp date was 1st announced. i have a couple spots available in said room. the room is at the la quinta inn. the room is booked for thrus, fri, sat and sun nights. this was the only way to book a yr in advance and get a great rate.
so far in the room are Webb, Nelson, and myself.

so that being said, i plan on leaving after work on thursday around 7pm. that should put me at the hotel by midnight. i will be riding my bike down. not caging it.

so who all is going, weather by caging or biking it. if your caging it, would you mind carrying some needed things for us bike riders?

please post up if your going, what hotels your gonna be at, and all the other important things. also if you wanna meet up on thurs and ride down, you get the idea.

i have 2 tix available as well as a car parking pass. the tix are in section J, yes, J. this is by far the best section to view alot of the track and turns as well and the enterence to the front straight . face value per tix as well as the parking pass. the 2 tix are togerther seats and i would like to sell them together.

Dave will you sell just the parking pass?
I do not think that we are going to ride the bike down and trailering it does not make sense.
Kawie and I are going down way early Thurs AM cause i have to stop at my office in downtown Indy for a few hours, then its party time!

Yeah post up the address so we can make some plans to meet up. Our Hotel is about 2.8 miles east of the speedway, along the river.

for sure man. im also supposed yo meet up with some 1000rr.net guys as well as some girlies from SBG. woo freakin hooo. cant wait. the ride 5.5hrs of freeway is gonna suck ars, but it is what it is i guess.
