So I went out and bought this laptop at Best Buy. Well I was coming off of a 24 hour shift and didn't make the right decision for what I needed/wanted. The laptop is great so far. Its a HP Pavilion Special Edition Entertainment PC.

I'll of had it for less thasn a month and gaurentee it to be in perfect working contition with no major scatches or damage. I left the plastic covering on the screen back so it will be in new condition never seen air.

I'm not looking to give this away as I would be happy with it but would like something a little better for the high end games I play.

It has to be in original packaging. I have been using it. Have 14 days but the packaging said 1071mb graphics card but its 64mb integrated.

Then it was mis-advertised, tell them you didn't get what you paid for and to replace it.

Yeah I sent them a email via their contact us function. I hope it will work like that but I made the mistake of buying it in Canada, so we'll see.

Take it in right away and explain that.
Tell them that you want to exchange it for the correct model that you do want.

See what they say.

Normally, as long as you are just going to exchange it for the "bigger one", they will be ok with it.
