Barber - STT - October 25/26 ** ROAD TRIP **

OK, need a show of hands on who would be in on a road trip to Barber Motorsports Park In Leeds, Alabama for the weekend of October 25 (Saturday) & 26 (Sunday). Cost for the trackday is $205/day, drive down friday, drive back monday, so add 3 nights lodging, gas, food, masseuse, etc. It would appear we can do either 4 (our truck/trailer) or 7/8 (adding Jon's truck/trailer) as being the most economically sound numbers for trying to spread the costs up among the largest number of people. So, are you in, or not :sissy:

Not looking for Duner's on this one either :laughing:, need a FIRM commitment.

Right, cause you've never hijacked a thread. Anyway, we just need to keep this at the top, so I would sticky it if you can. Idea: If we can't get enough people from our club to make it cost effective, maybe we can ask some others from the track.

I'm willing to go with just the 4 of us though.

Dave - it's just a regular STT event, so register just like you normally do.

As for me, I'm definitely interested, but don't want to fully commit just yet. If it turns into a two truck/trailer thing, I'd be more interested, but if I end being the 5th wheel, I'll just drop out so things stay nice and easy for the group.

Last we discussed, it was not happening. Everything was sold out on Saturday, except Novice. Maybe we can do it in the spring. That guy you are married to knows whats going on. :D

Looks like three more dates at Barber. Membership is $75, but the track expense is comperable to STT.
